How to turn a PDF into an interactive flipbook

6 min read · Getting started

You don’t need a new catalog — you need the one you already have to do more. Here’s the five-minute path from a printed PDF to a branded, installable flipbook that captures leads.

What you’ll need

Just the catalog PDF you already send customers — a line card, lookbook, brochure or price list. PDF Leads works with the exact file you print, so there’s nothing to rebuild. A free account (no credit card) is enough to publish your first one.

Step by step

  1. Upload the PDFFrom your library, drag the PDF in (or click to browse). The first page automatically becomes the cover, and every page is rendered for crisp reading on any device.
  2. Choose a reading modePick how readers move through pages — realistic page-flip, swipe, scroll, two-page spread, or full-bleed kiosk. Not sure? See which reading mode to use. You can set different defaults for desktop and mobile.
  3. Apply your brandingApply a branding preset so your logo, fonts and colours appear on every page — set it up once and reuse it everywhere. Here’s how to build a branding preset.
  4. Add the selling layer (optional)Turn pages into actions: a quote-request form (the exact page is attached to the email), per-page Buy-Now links, video overlays, and one-tap call / WhatsApp / SMS contact.
  5. Share one linkPublish and share a single link — it works as a QR code on print, in your email signature, on social and over WhatsApp. Readers can install it to their home screen like an app.

What you get

Every reader interaction comes back as a lead or a signal: quote requests land in your inbox and dashboard with the page attached, and per-page analytics show which pages held attention and which were skipped. Update the PDF once and every link you’ve shared is instantly current — no re-emailing a “v2 FINAL” attachment.
