Set up a branding preset you reuse on every catalog
A branding preset is your look, saved once. Configure it properly and every catalog you publish is on-brand from the first page — no fiddling per file.
What a preset controls
- Logo & placement — upload your logo and choose how it sits on the page: auto (follows the page edge, clear of artwork), a fixed corner, or a faint full-page watermark.
- Typography — heading and body fonts for titles, subtitles and card text.
- Colours — your accent colour, text colour and card styling for the landing page and buttons.
- Buy-Now button style — label, colour, shape and solid/outline style for per-page links.
- Contact channels — the call, WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram buttons readers see, plus where quote requests are delivered.
Create your preset
- Open Branding and add a presetFrom the Branding section, create a new preset and name it (your company, or a sub-brand if you run more than one).
- Upload your logo and pick an edge modeAuto keeps the logo clear of the artwork by moving it along the page edge; corner pins it bottom-right; watermark centres it large and faint.
- Set fonts and coloursChoose heading and body fonts and your accent / text / card colours. The live preview shows exactly how a page will look.
- Set contact channels and quote deliveryAdd the channels you want readers to reach you on, and the email or WhatsApp number quote requests should go to.
- SaveYour preset is now reusable across every catalog you publish.
Apply it — and override when you need to
Apply the preset to any catalog from its Configure screen. Running more than one brand? Create a preset per brand and choose the right one per catalog. You can also override a single setting — say, a seasonal accent colour — on one catalog without touching the preset. On paid plans you can remove the “Made with PDF Leads” badge for a fully white-label look.
